1) Promotion period is from 4 – 30 April 2022. Sales transaction and reward redemption must fall on the same day.
2) Customers are required to register as “Happy Rewards” Member at https://demo2.sllin.com/membership/happy-reward-account/ to join this promotion and enjoy the rewards.
3) Each member can join this promotion once only. Daily quota applies while stock lasts, and the redemption will be terminated accordingly without prior notice. Customers can enquire about the status of reward distribution at the redemption counter.
4) Customers must hold eligible receipt issued by designated beauty and cosmetic shop with eligible spending to join the queue. Customers are required to present their own original machine-printed receipt from a designated Beauty merchant at Times Square, electronic payment slip(s)/ transaction recorded in relevant Mobile App, and corresponding credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/ used for the spending in order to join the promotion. Sales staff cannot redeem rewards on behalf of the customers. The spending amount on machine-printed receipt must be the same as electronic payment slip. Splitting payment by different credit cards/ electronic payment devices is NOT accepted.　 In case of any dispute, the decision of Times Square Limited and the participating outlets shall be final.
5) To be eligible for redemption, all electronic payment slips must be supplemented with the corresponding credit card/ EPS card, showing the same name of the customer. Times Square Limited reserves the right to request customers to present their proof of identity for verification. Cash, Gift voucher and other payment methods are NOT accepted.
6) Receipts from purchase of cash vouchers/ gift cards/ bill payment/ memberships and beauty treatment services/ purchase and reload of value-added cards/ purchase with cash vouchers/ shopping vouchers/ value-added cards/ Times Square Gift Card/ gift cards/ cash dollars/ online purchase/ Pop-up store and Bazaar’s receipts are NOT eligible. Reprint receipts, handwritten receipts, split transaction receipt and deposit receipts are not acceptable. For installment transactions, only the first month’s installment payment amount will be accepted for this promotion. Treatment services receipts of SHISEIDO GINZA TOKYO (Suite 1701 Tower 1), Sulwhasoo (Suite 1501-3 Tower 1). Receipts of PicoLabb (Suites 1504b Tower 1), Polyvision’s (Suite 1703-5 Tower 1), Pop-up and Bazaar are not accepted for related promotions.
7) All spending receipts that have been used for redemption are NOT eligible for refund from the outlets. If customers MUST get the refund, they should return the redeemed rewards to the redemption counter prior to refund.
8) Each eligible original receipt will entitle each customer one registration only. The redemption cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (except Parking Promotion).
9) All rewards are NOT FOR SALE, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and are non-returnable. Times Square Limited & participating outlets reserve the right to collect or cancel the rewards used for sale.
10) Customers should refer to coupons for respective usage terms and details. Non-exchangeable and non-returnable after redemption.
11) Sales staff and employees of Times Square tenants are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
12) In case of any dispute, the decision of Times Square Limited and the participating outlets shall be final.
